1. Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in the manufacturing city of Dongguan.

2. Do you accept OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we accept OEM/ODM service, and we can make the batteries as per customer requirements including the customer label.

3. Can you accept small order?

Yes, we accept small order! We do understand some products may need testing batches in the field, we are willing to grow together with our customers!

4. What is your shipping method?

Shipment is our advantage, our batteries are mainly shipped from HK, and we can either ship by air (UPS/FedEx/DHL) or by sea to the customer’s destination port or to the customer’s door!

5. What is your lead time?

For customized samples, it is usually about 15 days, for bulk order, about 25-30 days.
